A. 4% – Temple & Spiritual Development Mission
Gyanitalk proposes to allocate 4% of company profits towards the development, preservation and strengthening of temples and spiritual infrastructure.
The fund may be utilised for:
Astrology to Seva. Digital Reach to Real-World Impact.
Astrology creates awareness.
Seva creates impact.
Technology connects both.
Section 01
Gyanitalk believes that spirituality should not end with guidance—it should create a measurable positive impact in society.
Millions of people turn towards astrology and spirituality for guidance related to health, marriage, career, family, finances and personal challenges. Gyanitalk's larger vision is to build a bridge between this spiritual intent and genuine social service.
Our objective is to create an ecosystem where:
Astrology creates awareness.
Seva creates impact.
Technology connects both.
Through this initiative, Gyanitalk intends to permanently allocate a defined share of its business profits towards religious, spiritual and humanitarian causes, while simultaneously using its technology, customer base, astrologer network and marketing ecosystem to generate public participation and donations for its Social Impact Partner.
For this mission, Gyanitalk is looking for one strong long-term NGO/Social Impact Partner that can execute genuine work on the ground.
Section 02
Gyanitalk proposes to dedicate 15% of its company profits towards social, religious and humanitarian impact through two separate missions.
Gyanitalk proposes to allocate 4% of company profits towards the development, preservation and strengthening of temples and spiritual infrastructure.
The fund may be utilised for:
Many priests perform daily worship and temple duties despite having limited regular financial support.
Gyanitalk proposes monthly seva contributions such as:
₹2,100 / ₹5,100 or other approved monthly amounts
to eligible priests performing regular religious services.
The fund may also support:
The objective is not merely to donate money to temples, but to create a sustainable Temple & Spiritual Development Ecosystem.
Section 03
In addition to the Temple & Spiritual Development Mission, Gyanitalk proposes to allocate 11% of company profits towards humanitarian and social-impact activities.
This portion will primarily be deployed through Gyanitalk's official Social Impact Partner for causes such as:
Free education for underprivileged children, educational material, learning support and skill-development initiatives.
Food distribution, meals for needy families, children, patients and economically weaker communities.
Free or subsidised medical treatment, surgeries, healthcare programmes and other critical medical assistance.
Rehabilitation, mobility support, social inclusion and other assistance for persons with disabilities.
Supporting marriages of differently-abled and economically disadvantaged couples.
Education, skill development, livelihood support, safety, entrepreneurship and other empowerment programmes.
Other verified programmes that help individuals or communities facing genuine financial, physical or social hardship.
Food, medical treatment, rescue support, shelter assistance and other verified welfare initiatives for animals, birds and other living beings.
Section 04
Gyanitalk is a technology and astrology platform.
Our core strength is:
Technology + Digital Distribution + Astrology + Customer Engagement + Marketing
A strong NGO's core strength is:
Ground Execution + Beneficiary Identification + Social Programmes + Volunteer Network + Impact Delivery
Instead of attempting to build a completely separate NGO infrastructure, Gyanitalk intends to combine the strengths of both organisations.
Together, both organisations can build an entirely new model of:
Section 05
Gyanitalk proposes two partnership structures.
Partnership Structure
Minimum Investment: ₹1 Crore
5% Equity in Gyanitalk
subject to definitive agreements, corporate approvals, legal eligibility and final investment documentation.
Under this structure, the eligible investing organisation/entity becomes a strategic shareholder as well as Gyanitalk's principal Social Impact Partner.
The strategic partner will be proposed as Gyanitalk's exclusive principal NGO/Social Impact Partner for the long term, subject to compliance and contractual conditions.
The intention is to build one strong partnership instead of repeatedly changing social-impact organisations.
This enables both organisations to invest in:
Partnership Structure
For organisations that do not wish to take equity, Gyanitalk proposes a fixed-period strategic partnership model.
Refundable Strategic Partnership Amount: ₹25 Lakh
Partnership Duration: 1 Year
Proposed Minimum Public Donation Facilitation Commitment:
during the partnership period.
Subject to final legal documentation, Gyanitalk proposes that if the agreed minimum public-donation facilitation commitment is not achieved during the contractual period, the settlement commitment would be equivalent to 2× the original partnership amount.
Illustratively:
₹25 Lakh × 2 = ₹50 Lakh
Refundable Strategic Partnership Amount: ₹50 Lakh
Partnership Duration: 3 Years
Proposed Minimum Public Donation Facilitation Commitment:
during the partnership period.
Subject to final legal documentation, if the agreed minimum public-donation facilitation commitment is not achieved during the contractual period, the proposed settlement commitment would be equivalent to 4× the original partnership amount.
Illustratively:
₹50 Lakh × 4 = ₹2 Crore
The detailed performance conditions, measurement mechanism, exclusions, settlement terms and security documentation would form part of the final definitive agreement.
Section 06
The partnership has two independent financial impact channels.
These are donations received from:
These contributions are considered Public Donations generated/facilitated through Gyanitalk's ecosystem.
This is completely separate from public donations.
Gyanitalk proposes to allocate:
4% of Profit → Temple & Spiritual Development
and
11% of Profit → Social Impact Mission
Therefore, Gyanitalk's own profit allocation will not be counted as public donations generated through customers/public for purposes of the proposed public-donation commitment.
This ensures complete clarity between:
Company Contribution
and
Public Contribution Generated Through the Platform.
Section 07
Astrology is uniquely positioned to create meaningful social participation because users frequently seek guidance regarding planetary influences, life situations, remedies and spiritual practices.
Gyanitalk intends to transform conventional remedy discovery into:
Instead of merely recommending objects or rituals, eligible users can voluntarily be shown genuine social causes connected with broader traditional themes of seva.
Section 08
Gyanitalk can build a dedicated recommendation engine within the application.
After analysing the user's Kundali, the platform may display relevant Suggested Seva Categories, reviewed and approved by Gyanitalk's astrology experts.
Illustrative examples:
Support a Marriage
Users seeking voluntary Shukra-related seva may be shown campaigns supporting the marriages of differently-abled or economically disadvantaged couples.
Help Someone Receive Medical Treatment
Users may be shown verified campaigns related to:
Educate a Child
Users may support:
Feed Someone in Need
Users may contribute towards:
Support Someone Facing Hardship
Users may voluntarily support:
Empower Through Knowledge & Skills
Users may contribute to:
These recommendations are intended as voluntary spiritual/seva suggestions and not as guarantees that donations will produce any specific astrological, financial, health or personal outcome.
The complete planetary-to-seva framework would be reviewed by Gyanitalk's astrology panel before launch.
Section 09
Imagine a Gyanitalk user receives the following recommendation:
Guru Seva – Gift Someone an Education
Support the education of an underprivileged child.
Verified Social Impact Partner
View CampaignContribute NowThe user contributes directly towards a genuine programme.
The user may later receive an update such as:
“The education campaign you supported has successfully achieved its target.”
This creates a complete journey:
Section 10
Traditional NGO fundraising requires repeated marketing expenditure to find donors.
Gyanitalk can integrate social impact directly into an ecosystem that users already visit for:
This creates multiple natural opportunities for users to discover social causes.
The Social Impact Partner receives access to a new digital distribution channel without independently building an astrology-focused technology ecosystem.
Section 11
Unlike a one-time advertisement, an app creates repeated customer touchpoints.
The Social Impact Partner can receive visibility through relevant areas such as:
Wherever Gyanitalk promotes joint social-impact initiatives, the partner's name and contribution can be prominently represented.
This creates:
Awareness + Trust + Recall + Donor Discovery
Section 12
Many traditional NGOs face a common challenge:
Existing donors may support them, but building meaningful relationships with younger digital-first audiences requires continuous technology, content and marketing investment.
Gyanitalk can help bring younger audiences—including Gen Z and young professionals—into social-impact activities through:
Today's young user may initially contribute ₹51, ₹101 or ₹501.
With proper engagement, the same user may become:
A Repeat Donor → Volunteer → Campaign Ambassador → Long-Term Supporter
Section 13
India's religious and cultural calendar offers natural opportunities to encourage genuine seva.
Gyanitalk can build campaigns around occasions such as:
Light Up Someone's Life
Empower a Daughter
Gift the Power of Education
Annadan Seva
Feed a Family
Temple & Seva Mission
Food & Child Welfare Mission
Campaign selection will depend upon the partner's live projects and approved programme availability.
Section 14
Astrology platforms naturally work with birth details.
This creates another meaningful engagement opportunity.
“Celebrate Your Birthday by Creating an Impact.”
The user may:
“Celebrate Your Journey by Supporting Someone Else's New Beginning.”
Users may contribute towards eligible marriage-support campaigns.
This transforms personal celebrations into social impact.
Section 15
Gyanitalk's ecosystem currently includes 1,000+ astrologers, Pandits and spiritual professionals, with reach across 10+ states.
Many of these professionals have their own independent client communities.
Under the partnership, this network can become a major voluntary awareness and social-impact distribution network.
They can:
Instead of the NGO paying separately to acquire every promoter or ambassador, Gyanitalk can activate its existing ecosystem around selected campaigns.
Section 16
The partnership is not limited to money.
Inside Gyanitalk, users may see:
Contribute financially.
Give time and skills.
Promote a genuine campaign.
Support a project or beneficiary.
Join local social-impact events.
This can help the NGO build a new nationwide volunteer and supporter community.
Section 17
Every major social initiative can be jointly presented as:
Examples:
1,00,000 Meals Mission
Help Someone Walk Again
Educate 1,000 Children
Support 100 Medical Treatments
100 Divyang Marriage Mission
Women Empowerment Mission
Temple Restoration Mission
Such campaigns create visibility for both organisations while simultaneously generating measurable impact.
Section 18
The partner can receive its own dedicated section inside Gyanitalk.
Users can view:
This effectively creates a digital NGO discovery and fundraising channel inside Gyanitalk.
Section 19
Transparency should remain central to the partnership.
Gyanitalk proposes to display measurable impact wherever reliable partner data is available.
Examples:
Total Donations Facilitated
Meals Sponsored
Medical Treatments Supported
Children Supported
Divyang Beneficiaries Supported
Marriages Supported
Volunteers Generated
Campaigns Completed
Cities/States Reached
This allows donors to understand that their contribution is creating visible results.
Section 20
Gyanitalk's primary responsibilities may include:
Section 21
The Social Impact Partner would primarily be responsible for:
This creates a clear division:
Section 22
A partner choosing the Equity Partnership Model receives benefits beyond social-impact collaboration.
The eligible investor/entity also gets exposure to the startup ecosystem through strategic ownership in Gyanitalk.
Potential benefits include:
Participation in the future economic growth of Gyanitalk through equity ownership.
An early-stage investment can provide a larger ownership percentage for a given amount compared with investing after substantial valuation growth.
Subject to the actual legal structure, the investing entity or eligible individual may be positioned as a Strategic Investor / Shareholder associated with the Gyanitalk ecosystem.
If Gyanitalk's business and valuation grow over time, the economic value of the investor's shareholding may also increase.
Section 23
Consider a simplified illustration:
Investment: ₹1 Crore
Proposed Equity: 5%
Assume that after several years, Gyanitalk reaches an equity valuation of:
If the investor still holds an undiluted 5% shareholding at that time:
5% of ₹500 Crore = ₹25 Crore implied equity value
This example demonstrates the potential advantage of entering a startup at an earlier stage.
However, this is only an illustration and not a guaranteed return or valuation projection.
Actual value will depend upon company performance, future fundraising, dilution, market conditions, liquidity, exit opportunities, taxes and other factors.
Section 24
This is not merely:
NGO + Corporate Sponsorship
and it is not merely:
Astrology App + Donation Button.
The proposed model combines:
into one integrated ecosystem.
Section 25
This creates a sustainable cycle of:
Section 26
By partnering with Gyanitalk, the organisation potentially gains:
01. A new digital fundraising channel
02. Repeated brand visibility
03. Visibility across relevant Gyanitalk marketing campaigns
04. Customer-led public donations
05. Kundali-based voluntary Seva discovery
06. Festival-based fundraising campaigns
07. Access to younger digital audiences
08. New volunteer acquisition
09. Access to a 1,000+ astrologer, Pandit & spiritual-professional network
10. Reach across 10+ states through the existing ecosystem
11. Dedicated NGO profile inside Gyanitalk
12. Co-branded campaigns
13. Social-media visibility
14. On-ground event visibility
15. Technology infrastructure
16. Donation and campaign analytics
17. Repeat donor engagement
18. Impact reporting visibility
19. Participation in Gyanitalk's long-term Social Impact Mission
20. Potential equity participation under the Strategic Equity Model
Section 27
Gyanitalk gains an experienced implementation partner capable of converting digital intent into genuine social impact.
The partnership provides:
Section 28
Gyanitalk does not want to treat social impact as a temporary marketing campaign.
Our objective is to build a permanent social-impact ecosystem alongside the growth of the company.
As Gyanitalk's:
Revenue grows → Profit Contribution grows.
User base grows → Potential Donor Base grows.
Astrologer network grows → Awareness Network grows.
Geographical presence grows → Social Impact reach grows.
Therefore, the Social Impact Partner grows together with Gyanitalk.
Section 29
We believe the real power of astrology and spirituality should not only be measured through predictions or remedies.
It can also be measured through:
A child who receives education.
A hungry person who receives a meal.
A patient who receives treatment.
A Divyang individual who receives support.
A woman who becomes financially independent.
A couple that begins a new life together.
A temple that is restored.
A priest who receives dignity and support for daily seva.
A community that becomes more spiritually aware.
That is the ecosystem Gyanitalk wants to build.
